AURAIA is proud and honored to announce its acceptance as an “Actor” in the UN Environment-hosted Climate and Clean Air Coalition to Reduce Short-Lived Climate Pollutants (CCAC).

Founded in 2012, The Coalition brings together nations, institutions, organizations and companies to reduce short-lived climate pollutants with the aim of addressing near-term climate change and air pollution, and to improve people’s health, increase food security, enhance energy efficiency, and alleviate poverty. The Coalition supports 11 initiatives to reduce Short Lived Climate Pollutants (SLCPs): Diesel, Oil & Gas, Waste, Bricks, HFC, Household Energy, Agriculture, SNAP, Finance, Assessments and Health.

SLCPs have a relatively short lifetime in the atmosphere, and therefore determined efforts to mitigate them now can significantly reduce their concentrations in a relatively short period of time.

AURAIA will actively participate in the CCAC’s Finance initiative in helping to build the Coalition’s finance knowledge and capacity on equity markets with its innovative Quantum Artificial Intelligence platform to catalyze investment in SLCP abatement.
